This company also runs under Favel Transport.
They make you chase your invoices 90-120 days + and then hold hostage on carrier package requirements to shortpay you.

We have an outstanding invoice from this outfit. They are cagey with all our calls and each time they need the invoice sent to them again. If you brokered them to move some loose pieces of freight at the end of September from to Austin, TX, I would like to know if it was double brokered.

Beware - their carrier insurance has been marked as pending cancellation - looks...

Skywing Transport Ltd. from Airdrie AB. Currently over 120 days outstanding. This is their response " Our accounts receivable screwed up the whole accounting system. the invoices will be paid on the priority basis very shortly".

[UPDATE] Invoice has been paid as of February 19, 2020. They cleared it earlier than expected, so they held up their end well.

Proceed with caution with these guys. Hopefully moving forward, they're easier to work with.

Has anyone any recent payment experience with JDI Logistics (Saint John NB)? we have gone to over 60 days and absolutely no response to emails.
Payment terms are 30, they pay at 45, but we can't wait any longer in this scenario, because you never know who is planning on closing up and will not make it past the COVID 19 crisis. at minimum carriers and brokers should not turn off the lines of communication, as it gets sketchy. Everyone is on edge now.

Invoiced these guys in June and still not paid. Load was fine it was a produce load and i suspect they booked it and could not do it so they sold it to me. Have talked to them and they promise a check but if you are going to work with them be leary.

Hey everyone, I guess there's always a first. I did two loads for Wolfrun, who I now gather, are into double brokering as well. Are there other carriers out there who hauled their loads and not get paid? What action can I take to bring them to account?

In some of the posts, there's a mention of non-paying entities being served..... what does that mean?

Last response was April 3, 2020 - "This is in regards to the outstanding invoice, we have had a bit of a financial setback recently and have been having issues with getting paid from customers but we want to assure you that we have not forgotten about this and we are working very hard and are doing our best to bring everything up to date."
